V 2. Szechuan String Beans (Low Cal)  String beans with Szechuan preserved vegetables, served with spicy Szechuan sauce.
V 3. Hong Shu Tofu  Fried chunks of tofu with Chinese vegetables, served with spicy Szechuan sauce.
V 4. Ma Po Tofu (with or without minced meat) Bean curd stir-fried in a hot tasty light brown sauce with chopped scallions.
 
V 5. Yu Hsiang Eggplant Eggplant sauteed in a spicy tasty garlic sauce.
 
         V 6. Tofu Stir-Fry with Asparagus (Low Cal) Tofu with fresh asparagus, peapods, baby corn, water chestnuts, mushrooms and carrots in a light white sauce.
V 7. Hot & Sour Eggplant & Green Beans  Braised green beans and eggplant in a hot and sour garlic sauce
        V 8. Bean Curd w. Vegetables in Casserole Fried chunks of tofu, asparagus, bamboo shoots, snow peas, broccoli, mushrooms, water chestnut and baby corn, Served with lettuce in light brown sauce.
         V 9. Mushroom Trio Shiitake, oyster and enoki mushrooms dressed in a ginger white wine sauce
 
V 10. Thai Crispy 5-Spice Tofu & Mushrooms  Lightly fried tofu & mushrooms in a 5-spice herbs sauteed with onion, red & green peppers and served with a tangy Thai sweet & spicy sauce.
